When we opened Box & Bird at 210 Hudson Street in Jersey City, our goal was simple — to make better chicken tenders using clean, real ingredients. We wanted a place where people could enjoy crispy food without the junk. That’s why we fry our tenders in avocado oil, never seed oils, and keep our menu focused on quality and freshness.
